Application:

It is used for toasting the cased Burley tobaccos. In it, the Burley tobaccos are continuously gone through the process of drying, cooling and conditioning, so as to remove the excessive water of tobacco. In this way, the greenish odor and ammonia in the Burley tobacco lamina is evaporated along with vapor, and a series of chemical reactions of Burley tobacco lamina under certain temperature and humidity environment can be realized as well. As the result, the quality of Burley tobacco can be improved. The machine consists of conveying section, drying zone, cooling zone, sampling zone, conditioning zone, vapor exhausting system, feed in end and discharging end.
